This is a small family domaine with no relationship to the Beaune negociant. This domaine has vines in many of the Meursault appellations. These are domaine bottled wines, most 20% new oak and 80% two to four year old barriques. J et R Selections is the primary importer of this estate for the US.

Meursault Vielles Vignes 1999

Rich bouquet, lots of cream on the tongue. 100% Chardonnay.

Meursault Les Tillets 1999

Nice vanilla nose, crisp but soft, citrus follow through. 100% Chardonnay.

Meursault Les Grand Charrons 1999

Strong bouquet although still closed, full and creamy on the tongue with some earth but still elegant, it lasts and lasts. 100% Chardonnay.

Meursault Poruzot 1er Cru 1998

Lots of licqueur on the nose, full in the mouth with herbs and anis, pleasurable aftertaste. 100% Chardonnay.

Meursault-Blagny 1er Cru "La Pièce sous Bois" 1998

Full, ripe nose of white truffle, butter, vanilla. Weighty, viscous mouth-feel. More obvious oak in this vintage (10 months in wood, but not new). Chardonnay 100%. The 1998 vintage in Meursault combines ripe fruit and matiere.

Meursault Genévrières 1er Cru 1998

Finesse, elegance, soft fruit with a rich bouquet. 100% Chardonnay.

Bourgogne La Monatine rouge 1999

A reticent but powerful bouquet of blackberry and raspberry, full with lots of fruit on the tongue, soft lingering aftertaste. 100% Pinot Noir.
